For clinics
Partnership terms
How a clinic partners with Travel2Doctor — in plain English, with the numbers on the page.
This page sets out, plainly, what it costs to partner with Travel2Doctor and what each side agrees to. We would rather put the numbers on a public page than bury them. A short written agreement follows once you decide to join — this page is the basis of it, not a substitute for it.
Honest note. Travel2Doctor is new. We do not claim a track record we do not have. What we offer is genuine vetting, honest patient-facing content, and qualified UK enquiries — not a directory listing.
What it costs
- Free to join. No listing fee. No setup fee.
- No paid ranking, ever. Placement and verified status cannot be bought. That is the whole point of the brand.
- Six months free. For the first six months from the day your profile goes live, you pay us nothing at all — every patient we refer in that window is free.
- After the trial: a flat £50 per referral. Once the free period ends, you pay a flat £50 for each UK patient we introduce who goes on to book treatment with you. Flat means flat — £50 whether the treatment is £500 or £5,000.
What counts as a referral. A referral is a UK patient we introduce to you who then books treatment. An enquiry that never books costs you nothing. We invoice monthly, in arrears, for bookings confirmed in the previous month.
No lock-in. No exclusivity and no minimum spend. You can leave with 30 days' notice; we can too. We would rather keep you because the patients convert than because a contract traps you.
What Travel2Doctor provides
- A conversion-focused profile in front of higher-intent UK patients.
- Qualified UK enquiries routed to your named contact.
- Membership of a small, honestly-curated platform and, once earned, a verified-partner badge you display and keep while you remain a partner.
What the clinic agrees to
This is the verified-partner bar. It is what lets us vouch for you honestly.
- A named, currently-registered clinician — checkable on the relevant medical register.
- Real, checkable accreditation, or an honest "none". We describe what is true; we do not present directory or rating awards as clinical accreditation.
- A written revision and guarantee policy — what is covered, for how long, and who pays if the work needs putting right, including any remedial-travel terms.
- Honest, itemised pricing in one currency, with one clear entry price.
- A named UK aftercare contact for patients once they are home.
How this becomes an agreement
These terms are the plain-English basis for a short written partnership agreement. Nothing here is a binding offer on its own, and the figures above may be tailored in that agreement for a specific clinic. Once you are happy, we put it in writing, both sides sign, and only then does your profile go live.
Data
We hold your clinic's and named clinicians' details to assess and run the partnership. You can ask us to correct or remove them at any time. Nothing about your clinic is published publicly until you are a partner and the details are confirmed. Our full privacy policy covers how we handle personal data.
